Pandekager med skyr / Pancakes with thick yoghurt

Jeg er helt vild med bananpandekager – men har fået dem rigtig mange gange. Derfor har jeg lavet en anden sund version pandekager med skyr. Måske du bliver ligeså vild med dem som jeg 🙂

INGREDIENSER:

  • 2 æg
  • 100g skyr
  • 40g kokosfibermel
  • 50g havregryn (Blendet til mel)
  • 2 tsk bagepulver
  • 1 tsk perfect sød
  • 1,5 dl mini mælk
  • knivspids salt

FREMGANGSMÅDE:

  • Blend havregryn til mel og pisk alle ingredienserne sammen
  • Steg pandekagerne på en pande med lidt kokosolie

I  love banana pancakes – but have got them to often. Therefore I have made another healthy version pancakes with thick yoghurt. Maybe you like them as much as I 🙂

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 eggs
  • 100g thick yoghurt
  • 40g coconut fiber flour
  • 50g oatmeal (blended into flour)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon perfect sød (fra easis)
  • 1.5 dl mini milk (light milk)
  • pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Blend oatmeal into flour and whisk all ingredients together
  • Fry the pancakes on a pan with a little coconut oil
