Kikærtepandekager / chickpea pancakes

IMG_3597Her kommer en meget enkel opskrift på kikærtepandekager. Pandekagerne laver du i en størrelse på ca. 10 cm i diameter, og så kan du putte forskellige typer topping ovenpå.

INGREDIENSER:

  • 1 dåse kikærter (drænet ca. 246g)
  • 2 æg
  • 1/2 tsk muskatnød
  • salt og peber

FREMGANGSMÅDE:

  • Blend alle ingredienser sammen i en blender eller stavblender
  • Steg dem på en pande

Jeg toppede mine kikærtepandekager med laks, mozzarella, rucola og ærtespire. Hvis man vil kan man peppe den op med en skyrdressing.

Here is a very simple recipe for chickpea pancakes. You make the pancakes in a diameter of approximately 10 cm. You can top them with different types of topping.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can of chickpeas (drained about 246g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender or hand blender
  • Fry them on a pan

I topped my chickpea pancakes with salmon, mozzarella, rucola and pea sprout. If you want you can spice them up with dressing made out of yoghurt.
