Havregrynskager med vaniljecreme / Oatmeal cookies with vanilla cream

En af mine mine yndlingskager som barn var havregrynskager med creme. Derfor har jeg prøvet at lave min egen sunde udgave. Her kommer den.

Ca. 12 stk.

INGREDIENSER:

Kage:

  • 100g havregryn (blendes til mel)
  • 20g mandler (blendes til mel)
  • 30g kokosolie
  • 1 æg
  • 1 tsk vaniljepulver
  • 1 tsk bagepulver
  • 1 spsk Perfect Strø, easis

Fyld:

  • 4 spsk neutral flødeost
  • 1 tsk vaniljepulver

Pynt:

  • 25g 70% chokolade

FREMGANGSMÅDE:

  • Blend havregryn og mandler til mel
  • Smelt kokosolien
  • Bland alle ingredienser til “kage” sammen
  • Ælt dejen med hænderne og rul den ud med en kagerulle mellem 2 stykker bagepapir
  • Udstik kagerne med et glas og læg dem på en plade med bagepapir. Mit glas havde en diameter på ca. 5 cm
  • Bag kagerne ved 175 grader i ca. 10-12 minutter
  • Lad kagerne køle af efter de er bagt
  • Smelt chokolden over vandbad og pensel chokoladen på halvdelen af kagerne. Dem der skal blive til toppen af kagerne
  • Rør smøreost og vaniljepulver sammen og hæld det i en sprøjtepose
  • Put smøreosten på halvdelen af kagerne. Dem der ikke fik chokolade.

One of my my favorite cookies as a child was oatmeal cookies with cream. Therefore I tried to make my own healthier version. Here it comes.

Approximately 12 pieces.

INGREDIENTS:

Cookie:

  • 100g oatmeal (blended into flour)
  • 20g almonds (blended the flour)
  • 30g coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Perfect strø, EASIS

Filling:

  • 4 tablespoons neutral cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder

Garnish:

  • 25g 70% chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Blend oatmeal and almonds into flour
  • Melt coconut oil
  • Mix all ingredients for the “cookie” together
  • Mix the dough with your hands and roll it out with a rolling pin between two pieces of baking paper
  • Make round cakes with a glass and put them on a plate with baking paper. My glass had a diameter of 5 cm
  • Bake at 175 degrees for about 10-12 minutes
  • Allow to cool after they are baked
  • Melt chocolate over a bath of water, and brush the chocolate on half the cookies. The half that’s going to be tops
  • Stir together cream cheese and vanilla powder and pour it into a piping bag
  • Put the cream cheese on half the cookies. Those who didn’t get chocolate
  • Put the cookies together
