Banankage med topping / Banana cake with topping

Her kommer endnu en kageopskrift fra weekenden 🙂

INGREDIENSER:

  • 3 modne bananer
  • 2 æg
  • 1/2 tsk vanillepulver
  • 1 dl quinoamel
  • 1 tsk sukrin
  • 1 dl havregryn (blendet til mel)
  • knivspids salt

Topping: 1 spsk mascarpone + 2 spsk græsk yoghurt 2 %.
Pynt: frysetørret hindbær

FREMGANGSMÅDE:

  • Mos bananerne med en gaffel
  • Rør bananer, æg, bagepulver, vanillepulver, quinoamel, sukrin, havregryn og salt sammen
  • Hæld dejen i en form
  • Bages i ca. 15 minutter ved 200 grader. Eller indtil den er gylden
  • Når kagen er afkølet mixes toppingen sammen og smørres på kagen. Pynt med frysetørret hindbær

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup quinoa flour
  • 1 teaspoon sukrin
  • 1 cup oatmeal (blended into flour)
  • pinch of salt

Topping: 1 tablespoon mascarpone + 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt 2%.
Garnish: freeze dried raspberries

INSTRUCTION:

  • Mash bananas with a fork
  • Stir bananas, eggs, baking powder, vanilla powder, quinoa flour, sukrin, oatmeal and salt together
  • Pour batter into a form
  • Bake for about 15 minutes at 200 ° C. Or until golden
  • When the cake has cooled mix topping together and top on the cake. Garnish with freeze dried raspberries
