Gulerodsboller / Carrot buns

Tit og ofte synes jeg, at det kan være svært at finde gode opskrifter på boller unden mel. Efter min mening får de tit ikke den “rigtige konsistens”.

Jeg havde i weekenden fået købt mig en stor pose gulerødder og prøvede derfor at kaste mig ud i et par gulerodsboller. Jeg deler opskriften med jer nedenfor. I mine boller er det bærende element selvfølgelig gulerødder, og så har jeg tilføjet quinoamel og fiberHUSK. Bollerne er efter min mening perfekte til madpakken.

INGREDIENSER:

  • 500g gulerødder
  • 2 store æg
  • 1 spsk fiberHUSK
  • 1,5 dl quinoamel
  • 1 tsk bagepulver
  • knivspids salt

FREMGANGSMÅDE:

  • Skrald gulerødderne
  • Blend gulerødder og æg godt sammen
  • Tilsæt fiberHUSK, quinoamel, bagepulver og salt
  • Form bollerne og put på en bageplade (De er list klistrende)
  • Bages ved 30-35 minutter ved 200 grader

Often I think that it can be difficult to find a good recipes for buns without flour. In my view they often don’t get the “right consistency”.

During the weekend had bought a big bag of carrots and therefore I thought I would try and make some carrot buns. I’m sharing the recipe with you below. My buns mainly consists of carrots and then I have added quinoa flour and psyllium husk. The buns are in my opinion perfect for lunch.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g carrots
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk
  • 1.5 dl quinoa flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt

PROCEDURE:

  • Peel the carrots
  • Blend carrots and eggs well together
  • Addpsyllium husk, quinoa, baking powder and salt
  • Form the buns and put them on a baking sheet (They might be a bit sticky)
  • Bake at 30-35 minutes at 200 degrees
