Lagkage med banan og chokolade/ Layer cake with banana and chocolate

Jeg håber, at du nyder weekenden – det gør jeg. Jeg har besøgt familie og venner meget de sidste mange weekender, så jeg nyder en weekend hjemme, hvor jeg kan slappe af og selvfølgelig eksperimentere lidt mere med forskellige opskrifter.

Den anden dag delte jeg et billede på Instagram af en sund lagkage, som jeg havde lavet med chokolade og banan. Hvis du synes den så god ud, så kommer opskriften her, så kan du selv prøve at lave den.

INGREDIENSER:

Bunde:

  • 4 æg
  • 2 spsk cacaopulver
  • 1/2 spsk fiberHUSK
  • 3 spsk sukrin
  • Saft af 1 appelsin

Fyld:

  • 1 banan
  • 200g skyr
  • 1 tsk vaniljepulver

Topping:

  • Bodylab zero topping – Stracciatella
  • 15g 70% hakket chokolade

FREMGANGSMÅDE:

  • Først laves bundene
  • Del blommer og æggehvider
  • Pisk æggehvider stive
  • Pisk blommer, cacaopulver, fiberHUSK, sukrin og saft fra en appelsin sammen
  • Bland æggehviderne ned i dejen
  • Hæld dejen på et bageplade (ca. 1 cm i tykkelse) og bag ved 200 grader i ca. 12 minutter
  • Herefter laves cremen
  • Lav cremen. Bland skyr og vanillepulver
  • Skær bananen i tynde skiver
  • Når bundene er bagte skæres 4 runde kagebunde ud
  • Nu samles lagkagen ->Bund, skyrcreme, banan, bund osv.
  • På toppen smøres skyrcremen ud, der pyntes med Bodylab zero topping og hakket chokolade

I hope you enjoy the weekend – I do. For the last couple of weekends I have been visiting family and friends so this weekend I just enjoy staying at home where I can relax and of course experiment a bit more with some recipes.

The other day I shared a picture on Instagram of a healthy cake that I had made with chocolate and banana. If you think it looked good, then i’ll share the recipe with you below and then you can try and make it yourself.

INGREDIENTS:

Buns:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon fiber remember
  • 3 tablespoons 0 calorie sugar
  • Juice of 1 orange

Filling:

  • 1 banana
  • 200g thick yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder

Topping:

  • Bodylab zero topping – Stracciatella
  • 15g 70% chopped chocolate

PROCEDURE:

  • First you make the buns
  • Part yolks and egg whites
  • Beat egg whites stiff
  • Whisk together yolks, cocoa powder, fiberHUSK, sukrin and juice from an orange
  • Mix egg whites into the batter
  • Put the dough on a baking sheet (1 cm in thickness) and bake at 200 degrees for about 12 minutes
  • Now make the cream
  • Make the cream. Mix thick yoghurt and vanilla powder
  • Cut the banana into thin slices
  • When the bottoms are baked then cut out 4 round cake buns
  • Now put together the layered cake -> Bun, cream, banana, bun etc.
  • Put the cream on top and decorations with Bodylab zero topping and chopped chocolate
