Opskriften kommer her:

  • 2 spsk fiberHUSK
  • 1 spsk olivenolie
  • 1 knivspids salt
  • 1 tsk bagepulver
  • 50g frisk spinat

ENGLISH

For the moment I’m quite keen on experimenting with beans in both bread and cakes. Sometimes it goes bad – sometimes well 🙂

One of the experiments that went well was chickpea bagel with spinach. They are super delicious to bring for lunch, where you can fill them with whatever you want. Here’s the recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons fiber HUSK
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 50g fresh spinach

TOPPING: salt and pepper + sesame (I used green sesame)

PROCEDURE:

  • Blend chickpeas, eggs and spinach (I used a hand blender)
  • Add fiberHUSK, baking powder, salt and olive oil
  • Mix together and roll out 7 sausages of the dough. Form them as bagels.
  • Garnish with salt, pepper and sesame
  • Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes
