Her i Mexico prøver jeg rigtig at komme i julestemning. Det er lidt svært med 23 grader udenfor, men det hjalp lidt da min familie kom på besøg og havde lidt julelækkerier med hjemmefra:) Min mor havde taget et kalenderlys med, chokolade julemænd, glögg, små pakker til pakkespil og en brunkage krydderiblanding. Jeg prøvede at kaste mig ud i et par sunde brunkager – de mislykkedes 😦 Men så fik jeg lavet disse Raw brunkage snitter og de blev så lækre:)

Her kommer opskriften:

INGREDIENSER:

125 gram dadler (Medjood uden sten)
1/2 tsk brunkage krydderi

PYNT:

30 gram 70% chokolade
Lidt hakkede mandler, kokos og farvet sesam (eller hvad man har lyst til)

FREMGANGSMÅDE:

  • Mos dadler og brunkage krydderi sammen med en gaffel
  • Pres dadlerne ud på bagepapir i en firkant
  • Smelt chokoladen og pynt med hakkede mandler, kokos og farvet sesam
  • Stil det hele på køl i en time og skær herefter 9 stykker ud
  • Opbevares i køleskabet

Here in Mexico I really try to get into the Christmas spirit. It’s a bit difficult with 23 degrees outside, but it helped when my family came to visit and had some Christmas goodies with them from back home 🙂 My mother brought a Christmas candle, chocolate santa claus, mulled wine, small packages for package games and gingerbread spice mixture. I tried to make a few healthy gingerbread – they failed 😦 But then I made these Raw gingerbread slices and they were so delicious 🙂

Here’s the recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

125 grams of dates (Medjood without stones)
1/2 tsp gingerbread spices

DECORATION:

30 grams of 70% chocolate
Some chopped almonds, coconut and colored sesame  (or whatever you like)

PROCEDURE:

  • Mix dates and gingerbread spices with a fork
  • Press the dates out on baking paper in a square
  • Melt the chocolate and garnish with chopped almonds, coconut and colored sesame
  • Put it all in the refigerator for an hour and then slice it into 9 pieces
  • Store in the refrigerator
