Jordbær trifli / Strawberry trifle

I går havde jeg endelig tid til at være lidt i køkkenet igen. Jeg har haft travlt hele ugen, så aftensmaden har ikke været hjemmelavet, men derimod restaurant besøg og købesalater. Det er fint nok nogle gange, men jeg synes nu det er så hyggeligt at lave maden selv. Derfor fik den hele armen i går og jeg lavede en 3 retters menu:) Til dessert lavede jeg en jordbær trifli med havregryn crumble – den var let og lækker og selv min kæreste og hans kammerat var begejstret:)

INGREDIENSER: (3 personer)

Jordbærgrød:
400g frosne jordbær
2 spsk sukrin

Creme:
4 spsk neutral yoghurt
4 spsk mascarpone
1/2 tsk flydende vanille

Crumble:
4 dl havregryn
2 spsk sukrin

Pynt:
3 friske jordbær

FREMGANGSMÅDE:

  • Kom de frosne jordbær i en gryde med lidt vand i bunden og lad dem koge ved svag varme. Når grøden er færdig sødes den med sukrin
  • Nu laves cremen. Bland neutral yoghurt, mascarpone og vanille og stil på køl
  • Herefter laves crumblen. Kom havregryn og sukrin på en middelvarm pande og rist havregrynen. Sørg for hele tiden at røre rundt i havregrynen så den ikke brænder på. Når havregrynen er gylden er crumblen færdig.
  • Sammel triflien med jordbær i bunden, så havregryn cruble og creme etc.
  • Pynt evt. med et frisk jordbær i toppen

Yesterday I finally had the time to cook a little in the kitchen again. I’ve been busy all week, so dinner has not been home cooked, but I have been eating out and buying salads. That’s fine sometimes but I think it’s so cozy cooking yourself. Therefore I gave it all a had yesterday and I made a 3 course menu 🙂 For dessert I made a strawberry trifle with oatmeal crumble – it was easy and delicious and even my boyfriend and his buddy was thrilled 🙂

INGREDIENTS: (3 persons)

Strawberries Porridge:
400g frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons sukrin (or other 0 kcal sugar)

Cream:
4 tablespoons neutral yogurt
4 tablespoons mascarpone
1/2 teaspoon liquid vanilla

Crumble:
4 dl oatmeal
2 tablespoons sukrin

Garnish:
3 fresh strawberries

PROCEDURE:

  • Put the frozen strawberries in a pot with a little water in the bottom and let them cook on low heat. When the porridge is ready sweetened it with sukrin
  • Now make the cream. Mix neutral yogurt, mascarpone and vanilla. When done put it in the refrigerator
  • Hereafter you make the crumblen. Put oatmeal and sukrin in a pot with middelwarm heat and grate the oatmeal. Make sure to constantly stir the oatmeals so it does not burn. When the oatmeal is golden the crumble is done.
  • Put together the trifle with strawberries in the bottom, then oatmeal crumble and cream etc.
  • Garnish if necessary with fresh strawberries on top
